We will meet for an initial session to find out more about what you are looking for in therapy, and to assess how we might work together over time to help you.
I am able to work with you either short-term or long-term over a number of years. I can use a combination of approaches, such as psychotherapy, body psychotherapy, inner-child work, working with the transference; mindfulness and hypnotherapy.
Over time, we will work together to identify the patterns of thought and behaviour that have developed to cause you problems. I aim to create a warm, compassionate space for our work, where you will be understood and accepted.
The therapy is supportive and transformational, and the relationship we create will allow you to heal and grow. You will become stronger, and you will develop skills that will help you meet life’s challenges with greater confidence.
